Your Questions Answered
What is Spa Etiquette
As part of our rules of Spa Etiquette we ask that you please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself a leisurely entrance. Your treatment time is precious as we end each session punctually so the next guest will not be delayed. When you arrive, sit back, relax, and enjoy some of our complimentary beverages. Remember you are here to relax… Upon arrival please turn off cell phones and pagers.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask 24 hours notice for individual treatments, 48 hours notice for all spa packages. A credit card number is required to hold all packages and are subject to booking and availability. The balance of your treatment must be paid upon arrival, late cancellations result in being charged half the price of the treatment, no shows will be charged full price.
What insurance companies do you partner with?
We direct bill through: Blue Cross, Manulife Financial, Green Shield Canada and Canada Life and Sun Life Financial.
It’s best to check with your insurance provider before your appointment to see how much is covered and whether you require a doctor’s note in advance for reimbursement purposes.
Incase your claims is being denied, not paid in full or funds being sent directly to the insured member, we advise clients to bring alternative payment methods should you want us to direct bill for you.
Direct Billing is a courtesy to our clients . We can not control what the insurance companies approve or deny, therefore YOU MUST ALWAYS BE PREPARED TO PAY FOR YOUR TREATMENT.
