Here at the Grand Wellness we ask that you simply follow our rules of etiquette.
Arriving late is a breach of etiquette and will shorten your spa treatment. Your treatment time is precious as we end each session punctually so the next guest will not be delayed.
Packages are subject to booking and availability. The balance of your treatment must be paid upon arrival.
We accept cash, cheque, debit, visa and master card

Arrival Times

Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice for individual treatments, 48 hours notice for all spa packages. Credit card number is required to hold all packages. Packages are subject to booking and availability. The balance of your treatment must be paid upon arrival.
